York County, PA – The former Kokomos, located at 691 Yorktown Rd., has been sold. The sale included the 4,000 s/f restaurant, liquor license, 17-room hotel and additional trailers. The 6.05-acre property is conveniently located along I-83, ten miles south of Harrisburg.
The new owners, LaBull, LLC and Horn Pub, LLC, have plans to reopen the 14,000 s/f retail property into a sports bar, to be known as “Horn Pub”, while continuing to operate the existing motel. Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction.
The 1,550 s/f freestanding office located at 12 S. Mountain Rd. in Harrisburg has been sold to Pokhrel Brothers LLC. The new owners will be renting the space to Neoly Homecare LLC, a local non-medical home care agency providing aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, and mentally and physically challenged adults. Sgagias represented the seller in this transaction.
The multi-tenanted office investment located at 2843 N. Front St. in Harrisburg has been sold to Kachin International LLC. The buyer will be joining the existing tenants that include a health care solution service, therapeutic massage service, and a beauty care service. Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in the transaction.
