Harrisburg, PA — Penn Center, located at 2601 N. 3rd St. in Harrisburg, has been acquired by Pennmark Harrisburg Holdings, LLC.
The property was originally home to the Polyclinic Hospital and grew to 271,043 s/f throughout three buildings on 6.36 acres. In 2004, the property was sold to Penn Center Harrisburg, LP, local investors who operated and self-managed the property as an office campus.
Pennmark Harrisburg Holdings LLC is an affiliate of Pennmark Management. Based out of Montgomery County, Pennmark is a full-service real estate development and management company with retail, office, residential, and flex properties throughout the East Coast.

Mechanicsburg, PA — The retail suite at 33 W. Main Street in Mechanicsburg has been leased to Jacob Kotelnick for his comic bookstore, Krazy Jake’s Emporium. Originally from York, the store will be opening its second location in May 2024. Bryan Donovan, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.
