Woodbridge, NJ — NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has welcomed Christopher J. Chiusolo to the role of VP. The Morris County, NJ resident brings extensive real estate transaction expertise to his new role, which will focus on the sales and leasing of industrial properties.

Before joining the NAIDB team, Chiusolo was a director at a NJ based commercial real estate firm specializing in distribution, supply chain management and transportation. In this role, he orchestrated and structured transactions representing owners, investors and end-users.

A graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he earned a B.S. in marketing, he is also an active member of the Elks Club.
