Oradell, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated the sale of a 3,125 s/f mixed-use building located at 22 Kinderkamack Rd. in Oradell. for $827,500. Vice presidents Anthony Cassano and Dick Hecker represented the seller, Lee Squire, and Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer, Adam Dayson of Dayson’s Home Improvements.
22 Kinderkamack Rd. comprises 1,250 s/f of retail space leased to Nick and Van Nails and 1,875 s/f of warehouse space. The property boasts proximity to several major highways including Rtes. 4, 17 and 208, I-80 and the Garden State Parkway, along with prime visibility and over 100 feet of frontage along Kinderkamack Rd. Dayson will utilize the vacant warehouse space at 22 Kinderkamack Rd. for his business.

Hanson Joseph Vindigni represented the seller, EKP Ventures, LLC, in the transaction with the buyer, Frank Cunha III, AIA.
6 Oxbow Ln. is a 5,000 s/f professional/medical office building strategically located just off Rte. 94 in Sussex County. The building boasts ample on-site parking, a spacious reception/waiting area, and multiple entrances providing convenient access. The buyer, principal of fc3architecture+design, a full-service architectural firm, will utilize the 1,000 s/f first-floor condo as the company’s headquarters.
