Rick Gordon, VP, completed a sale for Ann Kids, a child daycare center, at 2036 Haines St. in Philadelphia. This is the third Pennsylvania location for the day care center, with the other locations being in Northeast Philadelphia and Oxford Circle. The business offers services for nursery school, preschool and kindergarten, as well as after school programs and summer camp.
“Ann Kids is a repeat customer of mine, and I was glad to help them find a new location for their growing business. The services Ann Kids provides to children throughout the school year and during the summertime are so important to our communities. NAI Mertz’s Joe Sternberg, senior associate, completed a lease for Club 28 Badminton,a badminton and table tennis play business, located at 255 S. Mount Airy Rd. in Coatesville. This is the third Pennsylvania location for the company. The landlord is 255 S. Mount Airy Road Partners, LP.
“Badminton and table tennis are being increasingly popular sports, which necessitated Club 28’s desire for another location in the state.
