
Bucks County, PA — NAI Mertz, a full-service commercial real estate firm recently completed the following transactions in Bucks County:
Joe Sternberg, senior associate, completed the lease of A 10,800 s/f warehouse at 1230 E. Circle Dr. in Oaks. on behalf of the tenant, East Coast Volleyball. The company provides volleyball equipment and organizes volleyball tournaments throughout the country.
“East Coast Volleyball is realizing significant growth and as a result required more space. This is the second lease that I have represented the company in securing. I look forward to continuing our long-term relationship,” stated Sternberg.

The Licht Team of Jeff and Jared Licht has sold 210 Andrews Rd. in Trevose. The Lichts’ represented the seller, 210 LLC, in the investment sale and 1031 replacement to the Jane K. Betz, Trustee of Jane Betz Living Trust. Jeff Licht previously represented 210 LLC in the lease of 210 Andrews to Fraser Optics. This purchase represented an investment opportunity. The sale price was not disclosed.
210 Andrews is a class A one- and two-story modern headquarter facility currently home to Fraser Optics, which utilizes the space for the manufacturing and design of binoculars and associated equipment. The building totals 25,080 s/f with an additional 8,040 s/f interior garage on a 1.32-acre parcel.
