Adams, SIOR, Finney Miller & Holben represent new tenant
Luzerne County, PA — NAI Summit has facilitated the long-term lease of 66,081 s/f of newly constructed industrial manufacturing space in Jenkins Twp.
NAI Summit’s Michael Adams, SIOR, Sarah Finney Miller, and Collin Holben represented the new tenant, Only Buckets USA, in the transaction. The China-based manufacturer is establishing its first US production facility for the manufacturing of injection-molded plastic products.
The modern facility provides the infrastructure and capacity to support the company’s launch and growth in the U.S. market, while offering strategic access to key transportation routes in northeastern Pennsylvania.
