Allentown, PA — NAI Summit announced the completion of a lease transaction at 4741 Chapmans Rd., Allentown, bringing the 102,250 s/f class A warehouse property to full occupancy.

Constructed in 2022, the building offers premium facilities and amenities for the transportation and warehousing tenants.

The transaction includes a 34,500 s/f lease by Hörmann Group North America who was represented by NAI Summit’s brokerage team consisting of Michael Adams, SIOR, Sarah Finney Miller, and Collin Holben. The lease reflects continued strong demand for warehouse and manufacturing space under 50,000 s/f in the Lehigh Valley commercial real estate market.

The landlord, Indus Realty Trust, was represented by Lee Fittipaldi, principal at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania.
