Coatesville, PA — Neuman Commercial Group, LLC, has arranged the sale of Airport Village, a 70,500 s/f grocery and drugstore anchored neighborhood retail center in Coatesville, Chester County.
Constructed on 10.7 acres at 106 Airport Rd., Airport Village was 87% occupied at the time of sale, with national grocer Aldi, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, Burger King, Verizon, US Renal Care, and accompanying service and food tenants. Gil Neuman of Neuman Commercial Group represented the seller, Nassimi Realty of New York, and procured the private buyer. The sale price was undisclosed.
“Well positioned retail real estate has pivoted from its long touted “demise” to now a favored asset class,” said Gil Neuman, principal of Neuman Commercial Group. He added: “Years-long perceived negativity halted most new retail development, which ironically now resulted in less available space for not enough new retailers, and a landlord’s market.”
Airport Village is located along Rte. 30 / Lincoln Hwy., close to the Chester County Airport, 45 minutes’ drive from Philadelphia.
