Newmark arranges over 65,350 s/f of class A office leases at The Offices at Bedminster in New Jersey
Bedminster, NJ - Newmark announces the company has arranged over 65,350 s/f of office lease transactions at The Offices at Bedminster, a two-building class A campus at 500 and 550 Hills Dr. in Bedminster. The recent activity brings 500 Hills Drive to 100% occupancy.
Executive Managing Director Jamie Drummond and Associate Luke Reid serve as the exclusive leasing agents at the property and represented ownership, Northeast Capital Group, in the lease negotiations.

The NJ Property–Liability Insurance Guaranty Association signed a new, long-term lease to occupy 24,000 s/f at 550 Hills Drive.
Alembic Pharmaceuticals expanded its footprint to 14,600 s/f at 550 Hills Drive.
Tech Mahindra extended and expanded its footprint to 14,000 s/f at 500 Hills Drive.
Wells Fargo extended its 10,100-square-foot lease at 550 Hills Drive.
The Offices at Bedminster comprises approximately 200,000 square feet across two three-story buildings. Amenities include a tenant lounge, meeting and conference facilities, a fitness center, on-site property management and covered executive parking.
Located near the intersection of Interstates 78 and 287, the campus offers access to Routes 202 and 206. The Village at Bedminster is across the street, providing dining, banking, grocery and other services, while Bridgewater Commons is a short drive away.
