PEEK Builders expands third-party construction services

Orange, NJ — PEEK Properties has announced its highly successful in-house entity PEEK Builders is formally expanding its ground-up multifamily development services. The company now offers single-source construction management, general contractor, project management and accounting services to investment entities, property owners and land development entities delivering NJ’s newest apartment buildings to market.

PEEK Builders’ fully integrated third-party services are led by Nick Charles, partner and director of construction, and Luis Gartner, director of project management. Together, the seasoned leaders bring extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex projects—from Manhattan skyscrapers to major transit infrastructure—to New Jersey’s multifamily development market.

Charles previously served as a general superintendent at Gilbane Building Co., overseeing high-profile projects including $70+ million penthouse units at the Aman Residences. His earlier work at Lend Lease included 432 Park Avenue, the World Trade Center PATH Station, and the MTA’s Fulton Transit Center. He holds a NYC Dept. of Buildings Construction Superintendent License.

Gartner, formerly a project manager with firms such as Blackstone 360, brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach emphasizing on-time, on-budget delivery through an integrated design-build process.
