PHILADELPHIA, PA — Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Lofts at Henry Hall, a 21-unit apartment property located in Philadelphia. The property sold for $3.6 million.
“We were excited to see the high level of activity surrounding this deal and are glad we were able to cross the finish line,” said Vince Peruto, associate. “Demand for multifamily assets in Philadelphia remains strong, especially in quality submarkets with strong tenant demographics.”
Peruto, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, V2 Properties, and procured the buyer, Felicity Street Investments.
