PPR Capital Management welcomes Simon Censor as investor data analyst

Wayne, PA — PPR Capital Management (PPR) has appointed Simon Censor as investor data analyst. In this role, Censor will focus on leveraging data to maximize the value of the firm’s investor insights, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance investor engagement. Reporting directly to the COO, Chelsea DeLuca, Censor brings extensive experience in data analysis, quality control, and strategic implementation.

Before joining PPR, Censor was data operations lead at Windfall, where he led a team in launching a quality control program that boosted customer retention and improved data error detection by 300%.

Previously, he worked as a Prospect Research Analyst at Rutgers University Foundation and Villanova University, developing donor segmentation models and engagement strategies.
