Randy McCombs & Sam McGill join Cushman & Wakefield


PITTSBURGH, PA — Cushman & Wakefield hired Randy McCombs, SIOR, and Sam McGill, SIOR, MCR, as managing directors in Pittsburgh.

McCombs and McGill, former top producers with Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member Cushman & Wakefield │Grant Street Associates, have rejoined Cushman & Wakefield as managing directors in Pittsburgh. They will continue to represent tenants locally, nationally and globally in formulating corporate real estate strategies. Together, they have completed transactions valued at more than $2.0 billion on 35 million s/f of space, including office, life sciences, and industrial/logistics space.
