CENTRAL PA — NAI CIR has arranged a series of retail investment sales, industrial property transactions, and leasing assignments across Central Pennsylvania as activity continues across the region’s retail and industrial sectors.

State College, PA — The retail properties located at 1890–1908 N. Atherton St. have been sold to 1900 North Atherton, LLC for $5.65 million.

Situated less than two miles from the Penn State University campus, the properties are positioned within State College’s primary retail corridor along North Atherton St. Nik Sgagias of NAI CIR represented the seller in the transaction.

Harrisburg, PA — The 20,380 s/f industrial property located at 3909 Tecport Drive has been sold for $2.5M. The one-story masonry structure features a dock door, drive-in door, with convenient access to highways. Daniel J. Alderman of NAI CIR brokered the transaction.

The retail center known as Colonial Crossings located at 700-736 Colonial Road has been sold for $2.5M. The fully leased ten suite property is located near Interstate 83 and Route 22 interchange. Alderman brokered the transaction.

Milton, PA — The truck repair facility located at 1460 N. Ridge Road West has been leased to TruckZone, LLC. Based in Cliffwood, New Jersey, TruckZone operates a full-service truck repair business and is expanding its footprint to better serve customers throughout the region.

Gettysburg, PA – The 30.44-acre site located at the intersection of Route 30 (NEQ) and Route 15 in Gettysburg has been sold to Los Chorros, LLC in an investment sale. James D. Ross of NAI CIR represented the seller in the transaction.

Etters, PA — The retail investment properties located at 601 Old York Road in Etters have been sold to Carpathian Holdings, LLC for $1.25M. The property includes two long-established tenants – a popular pizza shop and a beer & soda distributor. Bill Gladstone of NAI CIR represented the seller.
