Rinnier Development Co. brokers fully leased industrial property

Salisbury, MD — Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development Company has brokered the $1.7 million sale of a fully leased industrial property at 2020 Northwood Dr. in Salisbury.

The 20,000 s/f facility is occupied under a long-term lease by Torroid Corp.

Trader also credited the seller’s property manager, Brynne Moore, for her role in the transaction. “Her responsiveness and commitment were instrumental in keeping the process moving efficiently from start to finish,” he said.
