ROCK Commercial Real Estate’s Bode represents landlord in 8,426 s/f lease at 1410-1422 Sixth Ave., York, PA

YORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced that Bel Fuse, Inc. has leased 8,426 s/f of newly remodeled flex space at 1410-1422 Sixth Ave. in York.

Bel Fuse, Inc. is a global firm that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of products that empower electronic systems.

ROCK Commercial Real Estate managing partner, David Bode, CCIM, SIOR, represented the landlord, 6th Avenue Limited Partnership, in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz represented the tenant, Bel Fuse, Inc.
