ROCK CRE secures 1,555 s/f café space lease in York City’s Susquehanna Commerce Center

YORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced that Wired Chef has leased the café space at, 221 West Philadelphia St. in York. The 1,555 s/f cafe space was most recently occupied by Maggie’s Bistro.

ROCK Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Ben Bode, CCIM and David L. Bode, CCIM, SIOR, brokered the transaction.
