YORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate completed 98 transactions in Q4 which included $10 million in sales transactions and 711,135 s/f in lease transactions.

• Gradison West Point LLC purchased a flex warehouse at 3425 Woodbridge Court in Manchester Twp. from ED2 Real Estate LLC for $2,050,000. Greg Finkelstein, CPA, CCIM and Matt Czaus, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
• Andrew V. Papoutsis Family Limited Partnership purchased a manufacturing facility at 225 Hanover Rd. in West Manchester Twp. from BMI Properties, LLC for $1,650,000. Jason Turnbull, CCIM, SIOR, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
• Walnut Ridge Farms LLC purchased 178 acres at Ridge Rd. & Golf Lane in East Hanover Twp. from Manada Golf Club Incorporated for $1,550,000. David Bode, CCIM, SIOR and Heather Kreiger, CCIM, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction.
