ROCK reports $33M in sales & 705,623 s/f in leases in Q2 2021


YORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, completed 108 transactions in Q2 which included $33 million in sales transactions and 705,623 s/f in lease transactions.

A sampling of ROCK’s Q1 sale transactions include:

• DPIF3 PA 6 & Boundary Ave., LLC purchased an industrial facility at 1090 East Boundary Ave. in Spring Garden Twp. from Glen-Gery Corporation for $6.5 million Nate Resh and David Bode, CCIM, SIOR, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction.

• 293 Blettner Avenue, LLC purchased 104.32 acres of land at North Blettner Ave. Conewago Twp. from Blettner Avenue Limited Partners for $3.44 million. Bode and Kevin Hodge, CCIM, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.

• Gettysburg Realty Associates, LLC purchased a MOB at 100 Penn St. in Hanover from Webster Investment Group LLC for $690,000. Naomi Brown, CCIM, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the transaction.

A sampling of ROCK’s Q1 lease transactions include:

• OSM Worldwide leased 176,230 s/f of class A industrial space at 223-231 Morgan Lane in Manchester Twp. from Core5 at Laughman Farms, A, LLC. Bode represented the tenant in the transaction.

• Events Technologies, LLC leased 42,608 s/f of industrial space at 262 Church St. in Conewago Twp. from Eash & Gilbreath Family, LP. Jason Turnbull, CCIM, SIOR and Damian Reed, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord in the transaction.

• Patriot Transport Services LLC leased 5,316 s/f of retail space at 5810 Lincoln Highway in Hellam Twp. from Carl and Kathy Hake. Heather Kreiger, CCIM, of ROCK Commercial Real Estate, brokered the transaction.
