Philadelphia & Bucks County, PA — Sean Durkin represented NT 2905 Southampton Realty, LLC, in the purchase of the 25,000 s/f facility located at 2905 Southampton Rd., Philadelphia, from Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), which was represented by Chris Aitken and Eric Zhaniser of Cresa, LLC.

Sean Durkin advised NT 2905 Southampton Realty, LLC is a subsidiary of Rush Order Tees and purchased the property to accommodate their continued growth.
