Durkin & Olender handle Feinberg Realty’s 31,000 s/f sale of 1824 Byberry Rd., Bensalem

Warminster, PA — Roddy Inc., a leading industrial and commercial real estate brokerage based in Bensalem, PA, recently completed several notable transactions across Southeastern Pennsylvania.
OmniMax International, Inc. has extended its lease at 900 Jacksonville Rd., Warminster, Bucks County, PA — a +/-105,431 s/f facility situated on 14 acres. Frank Roddy, president of Roddy Inc., who handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, advised that the term lease calls for an aggregate rental in excess of $10.7 million.
The fully heated and sprinklered building offers clear ceiling heights of 15’7”, sloping to 12’, nine tailgate loading docks, column spacing of 33’ x 34’6”, 5,335 s/f of office space, and parking for 50 automobiles. Strategically located within four miles of the Pennsylvania Tpke. Willow Grove Interchange, the property is minutes away from Street Rd. (Rte. 132), York Rd. (Rte. 263), and Easton Rd. (Rte. 611).

In addition, Roddy Inc. represented Feinberg Realty Associates in the sale of their 31,000 s/f facility located at 1824 Byberry Rd., Bensalem, PA to Pretzel 98, LLC. Sean Durkin and Robert Olender who handled the transaction advised Pretzel 98, LLC purchased the property as an investment. The property was recently leased to Gardian Holdings, LLC to accommodate their continued growth. Gardian is a newly formed holding company that provides patented cargo securement products through its Ty-Gard and Shock-Gard brands.
Roddy represented TWA Holdings LLC in the signing of a License Agreement with Penn CDL LLC for an approximately 1.50-acre parcel located at 965 Thomas Dr., Warminster Industrial Park, Warminster, Bucks County. Durkin of Roddy advised that Penn CDL will use the property for CDL driver training.

In a fourth transaction, Roddy announced that PAS Designs LLC leased an additional unit within the 23,000 s/f modern one-story building located at 69 Zimmerman Lane, Langhorne, Bucks County. Durkin noted that PAS Designs, a manufacturer of custom cabinetry, leased the space to accommodate their continued growth.
