Bristol, PA — Roddy Inc. represented DiEgidio Holdings, LP in F.T.S. Flooring’s lease renewal of their 17,000 s/f unit in the 25,000 s/f modern one story flex building at 2921 Veterans Hwy., Unit C, Bristol.
F.T.S. Flooring, LLC will now occupy 17,000 s/f for the warehousing and distribution of flooring materials.
In a separate transaction, Roddy Inc. represented Wiedenbach Brown Co. in the renewal of their 18,083 s/f lease within a building located at 4601 Bath St., Richmond Waterfront Industrial Park, Philadelphia. Sean Durkin advised Wiedenbach Brown has been providing lighting and electrical solutions for customers since 1913 as a diversified group that concentrates on one thing and one thing only– lighting to many sectors such as commercial, retail, electrical, and retrofits.
The company has leased the space to accommodate the company’s continued growth and intends to use the space for warehousing and distribution of lighting and electrical equipment.
