Airline Hydraulics Corp. leases 184,611 s/f industrial facility

Bristol, PA — Roddy Inc. announced the completion of a lease transaction on behalf of Airline Hydraulics Corporation.
Airline Hydraulics Corporation, a distributor of fluid power products and engineered systems, has leased the entire 184,611 s/f industrial facility located at 3001 Frost Rd. in Bristol. The transaction represents a significant expansion of Airline Hydraulics Corporation’s existing operations and will accommodate the company’s continued growth while contributing to enhanced operational efficiency. When fully functional this expansion will add 120 jobs to the area.
The modern one story facility features 14,760 s/f of office space, ceiling heights ranging from 28’ to 32’, 28 tailgate loading docks, and one drive-in door. The facility is situated on 11.88 acres and offers heavy power, allowing for efficient support of both manufacturing and distribution operations for Airline Hydraulics Corporation.
Located in Lower Bucks County, the property provides convenient access to Rte. 1, I-95, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, offering connectivity throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.
