PHILADELPHIA, PA — Silverstein Properties and Arden Group announced that RSM US LLP has signed a lease agreement to occupy space at 1735 Market St. in Philadelphia.
RSM US LLP signed a long-term lease to occupy 22,340 s/f; the entire 21st floor. The firm is relocating its Philadelphia headquarters from 30 South 17th St. The landlord was represented by Keith Cody and Gordon Hough of Silverstein Properties; teams from Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

The 54-story, 1.3 million s/f building boasts an impressive roster of leading companies including KPMG, Saul Ewing, Brandywine Global, Capital One, Fidelity, UBS, Boston Consulting Group and Ballard Spahr.
1735 Market St. recently underwent renovations led by Silverstein Properties and the Arden Group, which involved redesigning the building’s lobby, front entrance, amenity spaces, common areas and concourse. The new amenities floor features conference facilities, billiards, longboard, a bar, and a wine locker. The building’s entire 7th fl. is also home to a mural installation by ten local Philadelphia artists that celebrates the city’s unique history, culture and diversity through artwork. The building achieved LEED Gold certification in 2024.
