Sheldon Gross Realty overseeing 146,176 s/f warehouse and flex space in Cedar Knolls

CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ — Sheldon Gross Realty has been appointed to provide full-time, property management services to Morristown North Commerce Center, an industrial flex facility in Cedar Knolls. Under the arrangement, Sheldon Gross Realty works in conjunction with the property’s leasing agents, Lori Zuck and Jeffrey Furey, who are partners at Lee & Associates.

Services provided by Sheldon Gross Realty for Morristown North Commerce Center, located at 45 Horse Hill Road, include ongoing, in-depth analysis of the entire property to determine optimal utilization; coordinating and supervising repairs or renovations both to the building and all building systems; collecting tenants’ rent payments; paying incoming invoices.

In Tinton Falls, a 12,818 s/f, class A warehouse space at 5030 Shafto Rd. was leased recently by an e-commerce company in a transaction managed by Sheldon Gross Realty.

Newly constructed, the Shafto Rd. building features high bays and a 36-foot clearance for maximum capacity. Located in Monmouth County, the location is minutes from Rtes. 18, 34, 35, and 36. In addition, it’s less than a mile from exit 105 on the Garden State Pkwy., and only a 20-minute drive from the NJ Tpke.
