SJ Perio breaks ground on new Sewell, New Jersey facility

Sewell, NJ — South Jersey Periodontics & Dental Implants (SJ Perio) announced the groundbreaking of its new facility.

Located at 336 Egg Harbor Rd. in Sewell, the new 15,000 s/f state-of the-art facility will nearly triple the size of the current practice including the number of operatories and parking.

Key in the project planning was the selection of local partners from the surrounding communities, including DeSimone Construction, Marathon Engineering and Bishop and Smith Architects. Says Dr. Kubikian, “For such a large-scale project, we had proposals from prominent regional companies but felt it important to support other local firms and stay true to our roots.

Gloucester County has been extremely supportive of the practice over the past 16+ years and South Jersey is home. Bringing even better healthcare to the residents and more jobs to the region are driving us forward.”

This marks a milestone for the vision founder Daniel Kubikian, DMD embarked on in 2022.

Already named a dental implant All-on-4 Center of Excellence by Nobel Biocare, SJ Perio will become the largest single periodontal and dental implant facility in the US.

This groundbreaking event comes nearly 16 years from the day Dr. Kubikian first opened his practice only steps away from what will become its new home.

Washington Manor, as it will be known, will celebrate the true essence of American entrepreneurship, innovation and ingenuity. The nurturing environment will house dedicated areas for patient care and consultations and countless amenities for staff and patient caretakers. As a member of Penn Dental faculty and frequent sought after lecturer, Dr. Kubikian is committed to advancing implant dentistry and periodontal care. Washington Manor will be a teaching facility for continuing education that draws dentists, surgeons, hygienists and other professionals from throughout the area. The new home for SJ Perio will also welcome patients and colleagues alike who travel across the country for the latest advances in periodontal treatments, such as LANAP, its unique All-on-4 dental implants protocol and use of digital dentistry to create of 3D printed teeth.
