Skelly joins U. S. Commercial Realty

Lancaster, PA — U. S. Commercial Realty announced that Aaron R. Skelly has joined the firm as a licensed commercial realtor associate. Skelly brings over five years of commercial real estate experience to the firm.

In his role at U. S. Commercial Realty, Skelly will focus on commercial, industrial and multi-family sales across the southeastern Pennsylvania market area. His strong dedication to client service and market knowledge makes him a fantastic fit at U. S. Commercial Realty.

Before joining U. S. Commercial Realty, Skelly served as a brokerage advisor at High Associates Ltd., where he handled landlord representation of company owned assets in Lancaster County and Cumberland County as well as commercial brokerage with consumers in the SEPA region.

Skelly earned his B.S. degree in Finance from the Sigmund Weiss School of Business at Susquehanna University in 2021. During his years as a Realtor, Skelly has personally completed or coordinated more than $40 million in commercial and industrial real estate sales and leasing.

Skelly is a licensed Realtor in PA and holds memberships in the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, as well as nearing completion of his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. He is currently president of the Lancaster C&I (Commercial & Industrial) Council and is a Board Member of The Loft Community Partnership in Millersville.

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys time spent with his wife, Madison and their dog, Lemon. He is often outdoors, swimming and exercising, enjoying Downtown Lancaster, visiting local restaurants or getting together with his family. Aaron is a Lancaster County native and a Philadelphia sports fan. Go birds!
