Society of Industrial & Office Realtors names Dinegar CEO

Washington, DC — Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) has officially named James Dinegar as its new chief executive officer, ushering in a new chapter of innovation, growth, and value for our members and the commercial real estate industry at large.

A respected and accomplished leader in the association space, Dinegar brings more than 30 years of experience guiding high-impact organizations across the Washington, DC region. His track record includes serving as COO of the American Institute of Architects, President & CEO of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and leading government and industry affairs at BOMA Int’l.

Dinegar’s extensive background in both organizational leadership and commercial real estate advocacy uniquely positions him to further elevate SIOR’s mission of advancing excellence and professionalism across the global commercial real estate landscape.
