Sprouts Farmers Market to anchor Bridgewater’s Somerset SC

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Sprouts Farmers Market has signed a lease for a 28,750 s/f store at Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, marking a transformative addition to the 219,000 s/f community shopping center and introducing a new grocery anchor to the property. Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as the leasing and managing agent for the Bridgewater property, which is located directly on Rte. 202/206 near the Somerville Circle.

LMC leasing representatives Vanessa Kelty and Ed Vasconcellos represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Mike Horn and Steven Winters of RIPCO Real Estate represented Sprouts.

The lease follows a series of recent additions and openings that underscore the center’s growing momentum. D1 Training is coming soon. Other recent additions include Boot Barn, Fred Astaire Dance Studio, Strand Salon Studios and Style Brow Bar.

The property serves an affluent and densely populated trade area, with approximately 126,000 residents within a five-mile radius and average household incomes exceeding $178,000.
