Vantage Commercial announced the sale of a medical condo, located at 1 Britton Pl. located just off Burnt Mill Rd. and is easily accessible to I-295 and Rte. 42.
Emily Stein, director of healthcare services, and Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, worked with both the seller, John Petrozzi, MD, and the buyer Lena Chen of Meridian Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, LLC, to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties.
