Sterling Properties’ SOMA takes home community of the Year Award at NJBA Conference


Livingston, NJ — Sterling Properties a development organization with a wide range of upscale real estate throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut, today announced it has been honored with four Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards at the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual conference, including “Community of the Year with 200 Apartments or Less” for SOMA, their luxury residential community in Somerville, NJ.
