SVN | Miller CRE welcomes Spicer-Davis to Hanna Team

SALISBURY, MD — SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate has added Trent Spicer-Davis as an associate advisor who has joined The Hanna Team, to its growing team of licensed real estate professionals.

Trent graduated from Salisbury University (SU) with a B.S. in Management and a minor in Accounting. During his senior year at SU, Trent completed an internship with SVN | Miller’s Property Management Division, where he gained valuable exposure to the operational side of commercial property management.

His dedication, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on the team, so much so that Wesley Cox of The Hanna Team extended an invitation to Trent to join the #1 producing commercial real estate team on the Eastern Shore. Spicer-Davis later earned his Maryland real estate license and officially joined the company as a licensed advisor with The Hanna Team working under the guidance and mentorship of senior advisor, Wesley Cox.
