Team Resources completes new lease deals in Northern NJ

NORTHERN, NJ — Team Resources, Inc., an award-winning full-service commercial/industrial real estate agency serving Northern and Central New Jersey completed the following transactions:

Eric Lewin & Jeff Volpi consummated a lease of 38,537 +/- s/f at 815 Fairview Ave. in Fairview, NJ to PJ Warehouse, Inc., a home & office furniture wholesaler. This industrial unit features 26’ ceilings, 3,600 +/- s/f of office space, six tail-board doors, and 1 drive-in, and ample parking. “The location, loading, and high ceilings allow PJ to easily service their broad customer base in the NYC & Northern NJ areas,” said Lewin. The team represented the landlord in this transaction, while Scott Peck of Resource Realty represented the tenant.

Lewin & Joseph Manganaro completed a 30,000 +/- s/f warehouse unit lease at 686 Grand Ave. in Ridgefield to Freight Connections, Inc., a 30+ year family-owned and nationwide trucking and shipping service, accommodating an array of logistics services to both large & small businesses. “Easy access to I-95, I-80, and other major highways, make this location suitable and efficient for their distribution services. It will serve as additional storage for Freight Connections while keeping them in close proximity to their current location,” said Lewin. This section features 45' clear ceilings and 2 tailboard doors. The team represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction. The team is also marketing an additional 80,000 s/f at this same building.

Lewin along with Stacey Wellins Remnitz finalized two warehouse leases at 100 Stonehurst Ct. in Northvale. One unit for 15,900 + s/f to J&Y Trading, a distributor of food products. “Taking this location has enabled J & Y to expand into a larger and more efficient space,” said Remnitz. Team also leased an additional 13,386 s/f in a different part of the same property to an undisclosed tenant. Team Resources represented both the landlord & tenant in both transactions.
