Team Resources Inc. announces promotion of Alex Rosenberg

Team Resources Inc. Promotion Announcement Team Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Rosenberg to Senior Vice President. Over the past five years, Alex has participated in more than 5,000,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions, totaling over $200 million in real estate activity. Over the eight-plus years he has been with us, he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional work ethic, unwavering dedication, and a steadfast commitment to serving his clients.

Alex began his career at his family’s manufacturing business, which he successfully operated for several years before its sale. Building on that experience, he entered the commercial real estate industry, bringing with him a strong foundation in relationship-building, clear communication, and sound business practices.

Throughout his tenure, Alex has represented a wide range of respected clients on the tenant side, including Cibo Vita, Moda Express, Sogno Toscano & Sensationnel. On the landlord side, he’s represented: Sitex Group, Devli Group, Stro Companies, Brookfield Properties and Camber Real Estate Partners. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned his degree in Communications. Alex currently resides in Tenafly, NJ, with his wife, Samantha, and their two children, Layla & Max.
