As exclusive managing agent for Chester Springs, a 226,000 s/f, grocery-anchored shopping center in Chester, NJ, LMC in 2020 oversaw individual buildouts for three of the property’s newest national tenants: Ulta Beauty, Chipotle and Five Guys. LMC’s recent construction activity also included the completion of a complex buildout at the center for HomeGoods in late 2019. All four buildouts were completed on time and within budget.
