NEWARK, NJ — The Goldstein Group announced that Oportun and AT&T have leased space located at 147 Ferry St., Newark according to Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. The deals were brokered by Neil Goldstein, principal for The Goldstein Group who represented the landlord, 147 Ferry Street Realty Corp., whereas Ryan Starkman of Pierson Commercial represented Oportun. Nancy Erickson & Jennifer Flores from Colliers International represented AT&T.
