WOODBRIDGE, NJ — The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recipients of its 2025 sales awards at the firm’s annual ceremony.
Senior VP Matt Wolf received the Jay I. Kislak Producer of the Year; senior VP Tom Scatuorchio and managing director Jeff Squires were co-recipients of the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award, and Squires also received the Sales Transactions award; executive VP Peter Wisniewski received the Lease Transactions award; and associate Matt LoBocchiaro received the Rising Star award.
The Jay I. Kislak Producer of the Year award is presented to the individual who generated the highest sales volume during the past year and is named after the firm’s late chairman, an inspiring entrepreneur, real estate pioneer, and philanthropist.
Wolf had an exceptional 2025, closing 14 transactions including the sale of 17 multifamily properties throughout PA for $145M. He joined Kislak in 2017 following over a decade in commercial real estate focused on multifamily and investment sales in central and eastern PA. Wolf previously earned this award in 2020 and in 2022 received the firm’s Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award. Wolf is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, holds a PA real estate broker’s license and was promoted to senior VP in 2022.
The Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award is presented to the individual whose performance and professionalism during the past year demonstrated the highest standards of excellence for which Kislak is known. A vote of the sales and management teams selects the recipient, and the award is named after the late Mrs. Jelin, an executive, mentor, and daughter of the firm’s founder. In 2025, this award was shared by Scatuorchio and Squires.
Scatuorchio had a strong 2025 with sales totaling more than $20M, including the $11M sale of Franklin Towers in Belleville. He joined Kislak in 2016 and specializes in multifamily and other investment properties in Northern NJ. In 2017, he earned Kislak’s Rising Star award and in 2021 was promoted to VP. In 2024, he was promoted to senior VP for his roles as an investment salesperson and mentor in Kislak’s commercial sales and leasing division.
Squires had an exceptional 2025 with sales totaling more than $140M, including the $90M off-market sale of a 540-unit portfolio in Union County. His achievements also earned him Kislak’s Sales Transactions award, presented to the individual who closed the highest number of sales transactions during the past year.
Squires joined Kislak in 2007 and specializes in multifamily and retail investment properties throughout northern and central NJ. After his first year, he received the firm’s Rookie of the Year award and was promoted to VP in 2009. In 2017, he was promoted to senior VP and in 2024 to managing director. He is consistently among the firm’s top producers and serves as a guide for the sales team.
The Lease Transactions award is presented to the individual who completed the highest number of commercial leases during the past year. Wisniewski also had a strong 2025, completing 25 commercial leases throughout NJ and PA.
Wisniewski joined Kislak in 2015 and is a leader in the firm’s commercial sales and leasing affiliate. Throughout his career, he has leased or sold more than eight million s/f of commercial space and over 1,500 acres of land and is actively growing Kislak’s presence in New Jersey. This award marked his eighth consecutive recognition.
The Rising Star award is presented to newer salespeople who recorded the greatest achievements during the past year.
LoBocchiaro joined Kislak in 2024 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in central NJ. His 2025 transactions include the sale of two office condominiums in Old Bridge and a 5,252 s/f retail lease in downtown Red Bank to Brooks Brothers.
