TUXEDO, NY — Related Companies has officially begun its first phase of leasing for residences at The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, the mixed-use town center at the heart of the 1,200-acre Tuxedo Reserve community in New York's Hudson Valley. 30 miles from Manhattan, Tuxedo Reserve is nestled between Harriman State Park and Sterling Forest State Park with extensive trail networks and outlooks. The 336 luxury rental apartments will be integrated amidst retail, dining, public gathering spaces, and year-round programming at The Village, offering residents a walkable destination with everyday conveniences just outside their doorstep.

Designed by Aurae and including one and two-bedroom units, the apartments will feature contemporary finishes and access to a robust amenity package. These lifestyle-focused amenities span a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, basketball and squash courts, tennis and pickleball facilities, dog park, playground, direct access to miles of hiking and biking trails throughout the surrounding landscape, resident lounges, and coworking spaces.

"As we begin leasing our apartments at The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, we are one step closer to welcoming residents to this community," said Greg Gushee, executive VP at Related Companies. "Carefully curated to those seeking an elevated lifestyle immersed in nature, residents will soon enjoy thoughtfully-designed, luxury apartment homes alongside the best dining, boutique shops, experiential events and activities with over 70,000 acres of preserved woodlands as the backdrop. We look forward to seeing this community flourish, serving residents, local businesses, and visitors for generations to come."

Anchored by Market Square, The Village will serve as a central gathering place for community events, seasonal programming, outdoor performances, farmers' markets, and public celebrations throughout the year. The Village Green and seasonal skating rink will welcome local and surrounding community members year-round. At the village center, guests can shop at the timber-framed destination food market, surrounded by planned offerings spanning everything from restaurants and cafés to taverns, specialty food concepts, wellness providers, retailers, and more.
