Lancaster, PA — TRUE Commercial Real Estate announced a new lease agreement with Federal Donuts & Chicken Franchisee, Scott Eden, the founder and former owner of the recently sold Holy Hound Taproom in York. This lease was managed by Ben Chiaro, CCIM, and David Albright, both of TRUE Commercial Real Estate, in Lancaster.

Federal Donuts & Chicken is excited to bring the brand to Central Pennsylvania with this first flagship location at College Row in Lancaster. They have signed a long-term lease for a corner retail space at College Row, previously La Petite Patisserie. Their plans are to open by Early 2026.

About Federal Donuts & Chicken: For most of recorded history, fried chicken and donuts was the combination you never knew you needed. But when Federal Donuts & Chicken burst onto the scene in 2011, it raised the bar on these comfort classics, giving Philadelphians a whole new reason to get out of bed in the morning. Founded by five trailblazers including James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, Federal Donuts & Chicken offers best in class donuts, fried chicken and coffee. And when paired with warm hospitality and a deep commitment to the community, FD&C is a hometown hero.

Chiaro & Albright are the tenant rep brokers of the Federal Donuts & Chicken Franchisee and are seeking additional sites throughout the Central PA region.

About College Row at Franklin & Marshall: College Row is an upscale mixed-use urban development that features 50,000 s/f of high-profile retail and office space on the ground level, along with student housing for around 400 residents on the upper floors. It is located on the Franklin & Marshall Campus.
