Tulfra Real Estate unveils 797-unit Jersey City self-storage building

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Tulfra Real Estate announced the grand opening of Jersey City Self Storage located at 300 Thomas McGovern Dr. in Jersey City.

The ribbon-cutting marked the completion of the first phase of the Jersey City Self Storage facility, housing 797 modern, climate-controlled storage units and delivering 115,000 s/f of space. When fully built-out in three phases, the project will total 260,000 s/f, establishing Jersey City Self Storage as one of the premier self-storage destinations in the region.

Representatives from Fulton Bank, JLL Capital Markets, Mayor Steven Fulop, and community partners celebrated the opening.
