Value Cos. welcomes Byrne as leasing & marketing manager

CLIFTON, NJ — Value Companies recently welcomed Cheryl Byrne as leasing and marketing manager. In this role, Byrne will be responsible for leading sales, marketing, and building management for new construction projects, with a focus on lease-ups and building vibrant communities.

Recruited for her expertise in strategic planning and execution, Cheryl collaborates with senior leadership, developers, and marketing teams to implement high-ROI market segmentation, event planning, and community-building initiatives. Before joining Value Companies, Byrne served as director of sales marketing at Skyline Development Group, LLC where she successfully negotiated leases, managed multimillion dollar budgets, and led teams to ensure seamless execution from lease-up to daily operations.
