With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess Business School, Alex brings a results-driven approach to navigating the complexities of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Bennett Realty, Van Name gained valuable industry experience as a real estate associate at Coldwell Banker. There, he cultivated expertise in facilitating commercial and residential property transactions, leveraging market analysis to align opportunities with client goals. Alex’s entrepreneurial background as the founder of a successful mobile detailing business further showcases his ability to manage operations, build strong client relationships, and deliver outstanding results. Alex also previously worked at New York Life, where they developed a strong book of business by proactively connecting with prospective clients and delivering tailored financial guidance. Focusing on empowering families, Alex provided customized insurance and investment solutions while fostering long-term relationships to support their financial well-being.
