Vantage Commercial announces successful lease at Millside Plaza in Delran, New Jersey

Delran, NJ — Vantage Commercial is excited to announce another successful lease, this time at Millside Plaza in Delran. Mike Gries, advisor, and Corinne Giletto, director of client services, represented the tenant, ANISE Vietnamese Cuisine, in the transaction.

ANISE is taking over a former Panera space and joins a roster of strong national co-tenants in the Target-anchored center. They are positioned to benefit from Millside Plaza’s convenient location along a busy stretch of Rte. 130, excellent visibility, and proximity to dense commercial and residential neighborhoods.

Huy Nguyen had this to say about the venture and his experience working with Vantage, “We, at ANISE Vietnamese Cuisine, are extremely excited. We view Mike and Corinne more as partners in this process who brought knowledge about the local market, hastiness when required, and most importantly, the ability to close deals. Their skillset is what enabled our team to secure favorable terms that is the foundation for our reimagination of modern Vietnamese cuisine here in South Jersey.”

Corinne had this to add, “Coming from a background in the restaurant industry I have a unique and invaluable skill-set for restaurant deals. I was happy I could be there to help guide the ANISE group throughout the process. Mike and I look forward not only to this launch, but also to the prospect of working with them again as they continue their expansion.”

Vantage Commercial announced a multi-property sale distributed among three different townships within Southern NJ. The properties are located at 1250 Route 73 in Palmyra (Auto Store), 4790 Route 42 in Turnersville (AAMCO) and 6 Azalea Drive in Lumberton (Residential). Each property was unique and Vantage acquired different buyers for the buildings.

Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with the seller to facilitate each transaction. Richardson listed and sold the two commercial properties within a short period of time. The third property, the owner’s personal residence, was sold via Ken’s partnership with the Vantage Residential division.

The owner, now located on the West Coast, had confidence that Ken had the ability to handle the entire sales process remotely. The Auto Store located in Palmyra, was sold to Dallas Properties and subsequently leased to Auto Smart. The Turnersville location was sold to Burlington Automotive; they will use the property for their expanding business. The 8,300 SF residential property was sold to a local family.
