South Jersey — Vantage Commercial has completed two new retail leases at Plaza 73, making the center reach 100% occupancy. The additions of a nail salon and a kitchen & flooring store bring fresh neighborhood-focused services to the plaza and diversify the daily-use offerings available to local residents.
John Doss, senior advisor, and Neil Kakumanu, sales associate, continue to represent the landlord not only at Plaza 73, but across a growing portfolio of retail holdings in the region.
“These tenants add meaningful convenience and lifestyle-based services for families in the area, aligning directly with the center’s long-term positioning strategy,” said Doss.
With this milestone complete, Plaza 73 continues to evolve as a well-visited retail destination, supporting steady foot traffic and long-term performance for the property.
Across South Jersey Vantage Commercial has placed three new Gouldsburger’s restaurants, marking the continued growth of the popular burger and cheesesteak concept. These newly secured sites represent Gouldsburger’s 7th, 8th, and 9th restaurants, with a combination of corporate and franchisee owned locations.
The Vantage Commercial team consisting of Emily Stein, managing director; Ken Richardson, VP; Vince Ceroli, senior broker; and Neil Kakumanu, represented both the landlord and tenant in most of the transactions, leveraging their collective market expertise to negotiate and finalize each deal efficiently. The new restaurants are located at 681 Cross Keys Rd. in the Cross Keys Center in Sicklerville, a ±1,400 s/f inline retail space; 27 N. Maple Ave. in the Allison Shopping Center in Marlton, a ±1,600 s/f former Bombay Express restaurant; and 111 High St. in Glassboro, a ±950 s/f space situated within the active Rowan University–Glassboro retail corridor.
Gouldsburger’s owners David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury praised the collaboration with Vantage Commercial, stating: “The Vantage team was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire leasing process. From presenting space opportunities that fit our specific criteria, to the lease negotiations and closing each deal, Vantage streamlined everything to make the process as efficient as possible.”
Known for its elevated fast-casual menu featuring burgers and cheesesteaks made from the finest ingredients, Gouldsburger’s continues to expand its footprint with additional locations already in planning. Vantage Commercial remains dedicated to supporting the brand’s rapid growth throughout the region.
