Vantage handles the sale of an 11-lot assemblage in Atlantic City

Atlantic City, NJ —Vantage Commercial announced the sale of an 11-lot assemblage (±0.57 acres) at 1829 Arctic Ave. in Atlantic City to Yum & Chill, LLC, which will be developing the site as a new Wendy’s quick-service restaurant.

Vantage Commercial represented both sides of this transaction:
