Vantage secures new healthcare, office leases in South Jersey

SOUTH Jersey — Vantage Commercial announced two lease transactions at 163 Rte. 130 in Bordentown, NJ, a professionally managed office and medical complex.

Emily Stein, managing director and director of healthcare services at Vantage Commercial, represented both the landlord and tenants.

The newly signed tenants include: Spiritual Home Care, LLC, leasing +/- 922 s/f for its administrative headquarters.

Vantage Commercial also announced the lease of a +/- 2,116 s/f freestanding building at 108 Kings Highway South, Cherry Hill.

Stein and senior advisor John Doss represented the landlord. The new tenant, a local nonprofit organization, signed a multi-year agreement.
