Lincoln Park, NJ — Vita & Vita Realty Corp. is developing Lincoln Square in Lincoln Park, Morris County.
The company acquired the former headquarters of Lincoln 1st Bank located at the corner of Rte. 202 and Comly Rd. (Rte. 511A) and has pre-leased stores to Dunkin with a drive up service and to Hackensack Meridian Ambulatory Care where the hospital will operate an urgent care facility. Both stores will anchor the new shopping center. Lincoln 1st Bank relocated into Vita’s Lincoln Park Plaza shopping center and has since merged with Ion Bank.
The 60,000 s/f plaza is anchored by Ace Home Center, McDonald’s and shadow anchors Lincoln Square. Lincoln Square is the third shopping center developed by Vita in Lincoln Park.
In 2020 they also developed The Corner Shoppes with Jersey Mike’s, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, About Face and Four3 Rehab & Performance tenanting that center. Lincoln Square is scheduled to open for business during the spring of 2023.
