River Tower at Harbor’s Edge is transforming the Norfolk skyline. The tower will add 147 luxury residences with open floor plans. Its first-class amenities will be expanded to include four new dining venues, all with Executive Chef Beat Meier at the helm. More than 95,000 s/f of common space will be added including a $100,000 professional golf simulator, a luxury spa and salon, a fitness center with personal training and wellness programs. “The new 24-story River Tower, when it opens next summer, will assure that Harbor’s Edge will continue to be the pre-eminent LifeCare® Community in the Southeast,” said Volder. “While 78% of the units have been reserved, there are still great units with terrific views and floorplans available.”
