Morris County, NJ — Jeffrey Barnish of W.P. Properties has announced recent leasing activity at their Richboynton Rd. Industrial Park in Dover, NJ.
Barnish, a partner with W.P. Properties who owns and manages 750,000 s/f of industrial, office and flex in Morris County had a tenant turn over 100,000 s/f in the beginning of the year. “To turn over and fully lease out the recently vacated space during COVID is a testament to hard work and the strong demand for quality, industrial space in Morris County.” W.P. Properties leased 40,000 s/f to a local e-commerce distributor that outgrew existing space nearby. W.P. Properties also leased 27,000 s/f to an online furniture consignment company based out of Manhattan. Ed Schein and Jeffrey Fulton of Team Resources Inc. represented the tenant.
